MATRx-800 GTx

The 800G transmitter is designed for 2x400G FR4 configuration up to 2 km. It supports CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology with 2 x 4 lanes of 100 Gbps optically modulated (PAM4) and multiplexed on chip. It also integrates a CWDM4 compliant DFB laser array.

Evaluation Boards are available upon request

  • 8 x Mach-Zehnder modulators supporting 56Gbaud PAM-4

MATRx-1600 GTx

The 1600G transmitter is designed for 2x800G FR4 configuration up to 2 km. It supports CWDM (Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing) technology targeting 2 x 4 lanes of 200Gbps optically modulated (PAM4) and multiplexed on chip. It also integrates a CWDM4 compliant DFB laser array.
